Guidelines

How it works

✦ Included in your registration:

• 2 two-hour slots of your choice between Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm each week for 6 weeks (total of 24 hrs). 4pm is the latest you can stay. The 6 week session starts the week you purchase your membership.

• One bag of clay (additional clay can be purchased for 60$ +HST per bag)

• Access to studio tools, glazes, and underglazes

• Bisque and glaze firing

✦ Select your time slot at registration. Please note:

• We cannot accommodate schedule changes once the 6 week session begins. See our refund policy.

• You are to access the studio only during your chosen time & day slots.

Studio Rules

✦ You must sign in and out using our Sign-In sheet in the studio.

✦ You are only to use the storage space provided.

✦ No production: due to our limited space, you are to make only as much work as fits within the dimensions of your designated shelf.

✦ Unfinished Work: Your last session should consist of glazing exclusively, but we will honour any greenware still to be fired. If a subsequent glazing session is necessary this will need to be discussed and coordinated with the studio technician, and may incur an additional fee.

Good to Know

✦ The studio will be closed on all Federal Holidays, these will be excluded from your 6 week session.

✦ Kiln turn-around time can vary from 1-3 weeks depending on how busy we are with classes and workshops.
